We are offering a whole new approach to visiting Hawaii! We are here to fill the void between the classic, very expensive resort vacation, and the do it yourself vacation home rental option. We provide you a very comfortable, private lodging experience, locally sourced meals that are prepared in house in our fantastic on-site commercial kitchen, and guided tour to make sure that you aren’t spending your day missing turns or driving by some of the best experiences the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer!

Our 7 day 6 Night All-Inclusive vacation is a bargain at $2995 per person!

No problem! We have you covered! You are able to use a vehicle from our rental fleet at no additional cost if there is something else that you would like to do for the day! Also, feel free stay back to relax and enjoy the great weather on our amazing covered wrap around lanai!

We are here to help when plans change, however, with our very limited capacity, keeping each spot full is pivotal for us to be able to offer such a great vacation for such a great price!

If you have to cancel, we will always try our best to fill your spot, if we are able to do so, we would be happy to move your funds to another time. If we are not able to fill your spot, here is our policy.

More than 1 year out, no problem, we are happy to refund your deposit or move your dates.

6 month or less away from arrival- we can move your dates to another time.

Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival.

If you need to cancel less than 90 days prior to arrival-forfeiture of deposit, but any other funds paid can be used towards a future reservation.

No refunds will be given if you have to cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival.

Yes, we require a $1000 deposit per person to reserve dates on our schedule.
